Neurodiversity refers to natural variations in how brains develop, function and respond to the world. Neurodivergence is most commonly umbrellaed under Autism Spectrum [Disorder], Attention Deficit Hyperactivity [Disorder], and Sensory Processing [Disorder], with many wonderful variations, sub-diagnosis, and overlaps!
NeuroMe does not view these as “Disorders” because neurodiversity is beautiful, powerful and capable!

Open Scope is for families who want CAPS-aligned learning without the same pressure of the Standard NSC timeline.
This pathway is ideal for learners who need more time, more flexibility, less pressure or a more individual developmental pace. It is also helpful for learners with uneven profiles, where one subject may be far stronger than another.
The Standard NSC pathway is for neurodivergent learners who are capable of working toward the NSC destination but need a different neurodiversity-focused road to get there.
The goal is not to lower academic standards or adjust academic timelines. The goal is to make access to those standards more appropriate for neurodivergent learners.
